Soya Kheema Pav

Izithako:
- Izinhlamvu zesoya 150 gm
- Ingcosana kasawoti
- Amanzi okupheka
- I-Ghee 2 tbsp + amafutha 1 tsp
- Izinongo eziphelele:
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Bay leaf 2 nos.
- Cinnamon 1 intshi
- Inkanyezi ye-anise 1 inombolo.
- I-cardamom eluhlaza 2-3 izinombolo.
- Ama-Cloves 4-5 nos.
- I-peppercorn emnyama 3 -4 izinombolo.
- U-anyanisi 4-5 usayizi ophakathi (oqoshiwe)
- I-ginger garlic unama 2 tbsp
- Upelepele oluhlaza 2 I-tsp (eqoshiwe)
- Utamatisi 3-4 osayizi ophakathi (oqoshiwe)
- Usawoti ozonambitha
- Izinongo eziyimpuphu:
- Upelepele obomvu 1 tbsp
- I-Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Jeera powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
- Amanzi Ashisayo njengoba kudingeka
- Ama-chillies aluhlaza 2-3 nos. (i-slit)
- I-Ginger 1 inch (julienned)
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Amaqabunga e-coriander amasha 1 tbsp (chotshoziwe)
Izindlela:
- Setha amanzi azowabilisa ebhodweni lesitoko noma ku-wok, engeza ingcosana kasawoti bese wengeza izinhlayiya zesoya, upheke isoya imizuzu engu-1-2 bese uyihluza.
- Futhi uyidlulise emanzini abandayo ampompi bese ukhama umswakama owedlulele, ubeke eceleni ukuze uyisebenzise kamuva.
