- 3 U-anyanisi ophakathi nendawo, oqoshiwe
- ½ tsp Impushana ye-Turmeric
- 2 inqwabelene i-tsp ye-Coriander powder
- 1 tsp I-Degi red chilli powder
- 2 tsp I-Curd, ehlutshiwe
- 3 emaphakathi usayizi Utamatisi, oqotshiwe
- ½ inkomishi Amanzi
- 400 gms Iphaneli, usike ube usayizi wekhiyubhu
Yokuhlobisa
- < li>½ inch Ginger, julienned
- Coriander sprig
- Curd, ehlutshiwe
- Kasuri methi (ongakukhetha ) 1 tsp

Yokunamathisela Okuchotshoziwe:
E-motar pestle, engeza ujinja, ugalikhi, upelepele oluhlaza, usawoti ukuze ukunambitha bese wenza ukunamathisela okubushelelezi ngayo.
Okokudla okusanhlamvu:
E-kadaini, engeza i-ghee uma sekushisa, engeza imbewu ye-cumin, ama-clove, i-cardamom eluhlaza bese uyiyeka ichitheke kahle. Engeza unamathisele kagalikhi we-ginger olungisiwe bese uwusaka kahle.
Engeza u-anyanisi bese uwusakaza uze ube nsundu ngokukhanyayo.
Faka impushana ye-turmeric, i-coriander powder, i-degi red chilli powder bese usakaza kuze kube umugqa iphunga liyaphela.
Engeza i-curd, utamatisi bese uyikosa kahle. Engeza amanzi amancane bese upheka umzuzu.
Hlanganisa ingxube nge-blender yesandla ibe umhluzi obushelelezi. Engeza amanzi amancane bese upheka umhluzi eminye imizuzu engu-5 emlilweni ophakathi. Engeza i-paneer bese upheka imizuzu embalwa.
Ihlotshiswe ngejinja, i-coriander sprig, i-curd bese iphakelwa kushisa.
