-Inyama yenkomo qeema (Inyama egayiwe) eqoshwe kahle 1 kg
-Usawoti wase-Himalayan pink 1 & ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
-Kacha papita ( I-papaya eluhlaza) namathisela 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (I-Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-I-Badam (Ama-alimondi) ecwilisiwe futhi ehlutshiwe 15-16
-I-Kaju (I-Cashew nuts) 10-12
- I-Khopra (ukhukhunathi osukiwe) 2 tbs
-I-Hari mirch (Ama-chillies aluhlaza) 5-6
-Podina (Amaqabunga e-Mint) 12-15
-Hara dhania (i-coriander entsha) 2-3 tbs
- Ijusi kalamula 2 tbs
-Amanzi 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp noma ukunambitha
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb spice) powder 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder ( I-Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-I-Kali mirch powder (Impushana kapelepele omnyama) 1 & ½ tsp
-Impushana ye-Haldi (i-Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Pyaz (U-anyanisi) i-fried 1 Cup I-Paratha:
-Ibhola lenhlama yeParatha 150g lilinye
-I-Ghee (Ibhotela elicacisiwe) 1 tbs

-Hara Dhania (i-coriander entsha) eqotshiwe
-I-Hari mirch (Upelepele oluhlaza) izingcezu 1-2
-Pyaz (U-anyanisi) izindandatho
Izikhombisi-ndlela:

-Ebhodweni, engeza inyama yenkomo egayiwe, usawoti ophinki, ipapaya eluhlaza namathisela, unamathisele u-ginger garlic bese uxuba kahle, ikhava & marinate ihora elingu-1.
-Emshinini wokugaya izinongo, engeza ama-alimondi, amantongomane e-cashew, ukhukhunathi okhishiwe futhi ugaye kahle.
-Faka upelepele oluhlaza, amaqabunga e-mint, i-coriander entsha ,ijusi kalamula,amanzi bese ugaya kahle ukuze wenze inhlama ewugqinsi bese uyibeka eceleni.
-Ebhodweni,faka impushana kachili ebomvu,icubeb spice powder, cardamom powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,anyanisi othosiwe , iyogathi, ukhilimu, ibhotela elicacisiwe, inhlama egayiwe bese uxuba kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle, ikhava & marinate ihora elingu-1 noma ubusuku bonke esiqandisini.
-Vula ilangabi bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo imizuzu emi-5-6, ikhava bese ubeka ipuleti le-diffuser noma ipani ngaphansi kwebhodwe bese upheka emlilweni ophansi imizuzu engama-25-30 (hlola futhi uhlanganise phakathi) pheka elangabini eliphakathi kuze kuhlukane uwoyela (imizuzu emi-4-5).
-Bheka intuthu yamalahle imizuzu emi-2 kunokukhipha amalahle, ikhava futhi uyiyeke iphumule imizuzu engu-3-4.
Lungisa iParatha:
- Thatha ibhola lenhlama (150g), ufafaze ufulawa owomile bese ugoqa ngosizo lwephini lokugoqa. ngosizo lokugoqa uphini.
-Epanini eshisiwe, beka i-paratha, engeza ibhotela elicacisiwe bese upheka elangabini eliphakathi nendawo kusuka nhlangothi zombili kuze kube yilapho usuqedile.
-Gcoba nge-coriander entsha, upelepele oluhlaza, izindandatho zika-anyanisi bese uphake nge-paratha !
