I-Kale chane ki sabji iyiresiphi edumile yasekuseni yase-India engagcini nje ngokuba mnandi kodwa futhi enempilo. Le recipe kulula ukuyenza futhi ilungele isidlo sasekuseni esisheshayo nesinempilo.

Izithako:

  • 1 inkomishi ye-kale chane (uphizi omnyama), ocwiliswe ubusuku bonke
  • 2 tbsp uwoyela
  • 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
  • 1 u-anyanisi omkhulu, oqotshwe kahle
  • 1 isipuni se-ginger-garlic unama
  • 2 utamatisi omkhulu, oqotshwe kahle
  • 1 isipuni se-turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp impushana kachili ebomvu
  • 1 isipuni se-coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Imiyalo:
