Kale Chane Ki Sabji Recipe

I-Kale chane ki sabji iyiresiphi edumile yasekuseni yase-India engagcini nje ngokuba mnandi kodwa futhi enempilo. Le recipe kulula ukuyenza futhi ilungele isidlo sasekuseni esisheshayo nesinempilo.
Izithako:
- 1 inkomishi ye-kale chane (uphizi omnyama), ocwiliswe ubusuku bonke
- 2 tbsp uwoyela
- 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
- 1 u-anyanisi omkhulu, oqotshwe kahle
- 1 isipuni se-ginger-garlic unama
- 2 utamatisi omkhulu, oqotshwe kahle
- 1 isipuni se-turmeric powder
- 1 tsp impushana kachili ebomvu
- 1 isipuni se-coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Amaqabunga e-coriander amasha okuhlobisa
Imiyalo:
- Shisisa amafutha epanini bese wengeza imbewu ye-cumin. Uma seziqalile ukuhlakazeka, faka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe bese usakaza kuze kube nsundu ngokusagolide.
- Engeza unamathisela we-ginger-garlic bese usakaza imizuzu embalwa.
- Manje, engeza utamatisi bese upheka aze abe mushy.
- Engeza i-turmeric powder, i-chili powder ebomvu, i-coriander powder, i-garam masala, nosawoti. Hlanganisa kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-2-3.
- Engeza i-kale chane ecwilisiwe kanye namanzi. Vala bese upheka kuze kube yilapho i-chana selithambile futhi selivuthwe kahle.
- Gcoba ngamaqabunga e-coriander amasha.
- Yiphake kushisa nge-roti noma i-paratha.
