-Ku-spice ball strainer, engeza imbewu yefennel, inkanyezi ye-anise, izinti zesinamoni, i-cardamom emnyama, imbewu ye-cumin, amaqabunga e-bay, ikhava ukuze uyivale futhi ubeke eceleni.
-Ebhodweni, faka uphizi omnyama, usawoti obomvana, amanzi, uhlanganise kahle bese ulethe ukuze ubilise.
Susa udoti, engeza i-spice strainer ball, ikhava bese upheka emlilweni ophansi kuze kube lula (imizuzu engama-35-40) bese ukhipha izinongo zebhola le-strainer (cishe izinkomishi ezimbili zamanzi kufanele zisale).
-Kujeke we-blender, engeza uphizi omnyama obilisiwe (1/2 indebe), isitoko sikaphizi (1/2 indebe), hlanganisa kahle bese ubeke eceleni.
-Gciza ama-chickpeas amnyama bese ubeka isitoko ukuze usetshenziswe kamuva.
-Ebhodweni, faka amafutha okupheka, u-anyanisi & gasa kuze kube golide.
-Faka utamatisi, i-ginger garlic paste, hlanganisa kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-1-2.
-Faka usawoti obomvana, i-cumin powder, upelepele obomvu, i-coriander powder, i-kashmiri red chilli powder, i-garam masala powder, hlanganisa kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-2-3.
-Faka inhlama ye-chickpea ehlanganisiwe bese uxuba kahle umzuzu.
-Faka amatshwele abilisiwe abilisiwe abilisiwe, isitoko esigciniwe, hlanganisa kahle futhi ulethe ukuthi ubilise.
-Faka i-coriander entsha, amaqabunga e-fenugreek omisiwe, ikhava bese upheka emlilweni ophansi imizuzu engu-4-5.
