E-Chana Tadka:
- 4 tbsp Amafutha
- 1 no Tej Patta
- ½ tsp Heeng (asafoetida)
- 2nos Kali Elichi (Black cardamom)
- 7-8nos Cloves
- 8-10nos Kali Mirch (black pepper)
- I-tbsp engu-Ginger eqotshiwe
- 1akukho upelepele Oluhlaza oqoshiwe
- 2 tsp i-Kashmiri chilli powder
- ½ tsp Haldi
- 1 tbsp i-Dhaniya ( I-Coriander Powder)

- ¾ tsp I-Kasoori methi powder

- ½ inkomishi ye-Aloo (Amazambane abilisiwe futhi aqoshiwe)
- ½ inkomishi U-anyanisi oqoshiwe
- ½ inkomishi Ikhukhamba (eqotshiwe)
- ½ inkomishi Utamatisi oqotshiwe
- ukunambitha Usawoti
- ½ tsp Usawoti omnyama
- 1½ tsp Jeera (Ikhumini, egazingiwe futhi echotshoziwe)
- 2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tbsp i-Amchur powder
- ½ tsp Impushana ebandayo ebomvu
