Izithako
- 2 amaqanda
- 1/2 inkomishi yamahlumela ahlanganisiwe (i-moong, i-chickpeas, njll.)
- 1 u-anyanisi omncane, oqotshwe kahle
- 1 utamatisi omncane, oqoshiwe
- 1-2 upelepele oluhlaza, oqotshwe kahle
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Upelepele omnyama ozonambitha
- 1 isipuni samaqabunga e-coriander amasha, aqotshiwe
- 1 isipuni samafutha noma ibhotela lokuthosa
Imiyalo
- Endishini yokuxuba, hlaphula amaqanda bese uwaphehla aze ashaywe kahle.
- Faka amahlumela ahlanganisiwe, u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, utamatisi, upelepele oluhlaza, usawoti, upelepele omnyama, namaqabunga e-coriander emaqandeni. Xuba kahle kuze kuhlanganiswe zonke izithako.
- Shisisa uwoyela noma ibhotela epanini lokuthosa elingaqinile phezu kokushisa okuphakathi.
- Thela ingxube yeqanda epanini, uyisakaze ngokulinganayo. Pheka cishe imizuzu emi-3-4 noma kuze kube yilapho isingezansi sesilungile futhi sinsundu ngokusagolide.
- Phenya ngokucophelela i-omelette usebenzisa i-spatula bese upheka olunye uhlangothi eminye imizuzu engu-2-3 kuze kuphekwe ngokugcwele.
- Uma isivuthiwe, dlulisela i-omelette epuletini futhi usike ama-wedges. Yiphake kushisa ngesosi oyikhethayo noma i-chutney.
