Iresiphi ye-Veg Dosa
Le Veg Dosa emnandi iyinketho yasekuseni yase-Indian edumile ehlanganisa ubuhle bemifino nokuthungwa okushisayo kwedosa. Ilungele izikhathi zasekuseni ezimatasa, le recipe elula yokwenza ingalungiswa ngaphansi kwemizuzu engu-20!
Izithako:
- 1 inkomishi kafulawa werayisi
- 1/2 inkomishi urad dal (i-split black gram)
- 1/2 inkomishi ehlanganisiwe eqoshiwe (izaqathi, upelepele, ubhontshisi)
- 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
- Usawoti, ukunambitha
- Amanzi, njengoba kudingeka
- Amafutha, okupheka
Imiyalelo:
- cwilisa i-urad dal emanzini cishe amahora angu-4-5, bese ukhipha bese ugaya kube unamathisele obushelelezi.
- Endishini yokuxuba, hlanganisa ufulawa werayisi, i-urad dal egayiwe, imifino exutshiwe eqotshiwe, imbewu ye-cumin, nosawoti. Engeza amanzi kancane kancane ukuze wenze inhlama ebushelelezi ehambisana nokuthela.
- Shisisa i-griddle engagxili noma i-tawa phezu kwelangabi eliphakathi bese uyigcoba kancane ngamafutha.
- Thela i-ladleful ye-batter ku-griddle eshisayo, uyisakaze ngokunyakaza okuyisiyingi ukuze wenze ungqimba oluncane.
- Fafaza amafutha amancane emaphethelweni bese upheka imizuzu engu-2-3 kuze kube yilapho idosa liphenduka libe nsundu ngokusagolide futhi libe crispy. Phenya bese upheka omunye umzuzu.
- Faka okushisayo nge-chutney noma i-sambar ukuze uthole isidlo sasekuseni esimnandi!
