- I-Coriander eqotshiwe – isandla
Indlela:
- Ukuze wenze i-bharta enhle khetha i-baingan eyindilinga enkulu noma i-aubergine noma isitshalo seqanda. Sika ama-brinjal amancane ambalwa usebenzisa ummese obukhali bese ufaka kuwo i-clove yegalikhi ehlutshiwe.
- Gcoba amafutha alula ngaphandle kwe-aubergine bese uyibeka emlilweni ovulekile. Ungasebenzisa i-grill bese ugazinga i-aubergine ize ishiswe ngaphandle. Qinisekisa ukuthi ipheka nxazonke.
- Khipha isitshalo seqanda esishisiwe usifake endishini bese uvala bese usibeka eceleni imizuzu engu-10. Manje zikhiphe endishini futhi ucwebe isikhumba sangaphandle esishile. Cwilisa iminwe yakho emanzini izikhathi eziningana ngenkathi wenza lokhu ukuze isikhumba sihlukane kalula.
- Usebenzisa ummese gcoba i-brinjal. Shisisa ipani bese wengeza i-ghee, upelepele obomvu owomile, nekhumini. Govuza bese wengeza i-garlic eqoshiwe. Pheka kuze kube nsundu bese wengeza ujinja, upelepele oluhlaza no-anyanisi. Thela ukushisa okuphezulu kuze kujuluke u-anyanisi (uyapheka kodwa ungabi nsundu).
- Fafaza i-turmeric, i-chili powder bese unyakazisa ngokushesha. Faka utamatisi, ufafaze usawoti bese upheka ekushiseni okuphezulu 3mins. Faka ama-brinjal acutshiwe bese upheka imizuzu emi-5.
- Faka i-coriander eqoshiwe bese uphonsa futhi. Susa ekushiseni futhi ukuphake ngezinkwa eziyisicaba zaseNdiya njenge-roti, i-chapati, i-paratha, noma i-naan.
