Ishidi Pan Tacos

- tacos:

- 15oz ikani likabhontshisi omnyama, okhishiwe futhi ohlanjululwe
- 10-12 ama-tortilla ommbila
- 1/2 inkomishi ye-cilantro eqoshiwe entsha (cishe 1/3 yenqwaba) - soso ye-chipotle:
- 3/4 inkomishi yobisi lwekhokhonathi olunamafutha agcwele (1/2 wethini elingu-13.5oz)< br>- 4-6 upelepele we-chipotle kusoso ye-adobo (ngokusekelwe ekuthandeni kwezinongo)
- 1/2 tsp usawoti + ongeziwe ekunambithekeni
- ujusi we-1/2 lime
Preheat oven ukuya kuma-degree angu-400 bese ubeka i-pan yeshidi ngesikhumba. Hlanza futhi ugaye ubhatata, bese uphonsa amafutha, usawoti, u-garlic, i-cumin, i-chili powder, ne-oregano. Dlulisela epanini leshidi bese ubhaka imizuzu engu-40-50, uphonsa phakathi, kuze kuthambile ngaphakathi futhi kucrispy ngaphandle.

Engeza ~1 tbsp sososo we-chipotle phakathi nendawo ye-tortilla ngayinye epanini. Beka ubhatata obulinganayo nobhontshisi omnyama ohlangothini olulodwa lwe-tortilla (ungafaki izinto ngokweqile) bese ugoqa phakathi.
Yehlisa i-ovini ibe ngu-375 bese ubhaka imizuzu eyi-12-16, noma kuze kube yilapho ama-tortilla acwebile. Masinyane ungeze okungaphandle ngokufafaza usawoti. Phezulu nge-cilantro eqoshiwe bese ukhonza nge-sauce eyengeziwe eceleni. Jabulela!!
