Iresiphi ye-Yoghurt Flatbread

Izithako:
- 2 izinkomishi (250g) Ufulawa (ukolweni ongenalutho)
- 1 1/3 izinkomishi (340g) iyogathi engenalutho
- 1 ithisipuni Usawoti
- 2 amathisipuni Impushan yokubhaka
Okokuxubha:
- 4 wezipuni (60g) Ibhotela, ethambile
- 2-3 ama-clove Kagalikhi, ochotshoziwe
- 1-2 wezipuni Amakhambi ozikhethele wona (iparsley/coriander/dill)
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
- Yenza isinkwa: Endishini enkulu, ufulawa ohlangene, i-baking powder nosawoti. Faka iyogathi bese uxuba kuze kube inhlama ithambe futhi ibushelelezi.
- Hlukanisa inhlama ibe yizicucu ezingu-8-10 ezinosayizi olinganayo. Roll ucezu ngalunye lube yibhola. Vala amabhola bese uphumule imizuzu engu-15.
- Okwamanje lungisa ingxube yebhotela: endishini encane hlanganisa ibhotela, u-garlic ochotshoziwe kanye neparsley eqotshiwe. Beka eceleni.
- Khipha ibhola ngalinye ube yindingilizi ewugqinsi ongu-1/4 cm.
- Shisisa i-cast-skillet enkulu noma ipani elinganamathi phezu kokushisa okuphakathi nendawo. Uma i-pan ishisa, engeza umbuthano owodwa wenhlama ku-skillet esomile bese upheka cishe imizuzu engu-2, kuze kube yilapho kuvela ama-browns aphansi nama-bubbles. Phenya bese upheka eminye imizuzu engu-1-2.
- Susa ekushiseni bese uxubha ngokushesha ngengxube yebhotela.
