- 2 izinkomishi ze-maida (ufulawa wezinjongo zonke)
- 1 inkomishi kashukela
- 1 tsp powder ye-cardamom
- ½ inkomishi ye-ghee (ibhotela elicacisiwe)
- Amafutha okuthosa kakhulu
Iziyalezo
- Endishini yokuxuba, hlanganisa i-maida, ushukela , i-cardamom powder, ne-ghee. Hlanganisa kahle kuze kube vuthuluka.
- Faka amanzi kancane kancane ukuze wenze inhlama ebushelelezi. Limboze bese uliyeka liphumule imizuzu engu-30.
- Goqa inhlama eshidini eliwugqinsi futhi usike imilo yedayimane.
- Shisisa amafutha epanini lokuthosa elijulile phezu komlilo ophakathi. Thosa amabhisikidi amise okwedayimane abe nsundu osagolide futhi abe crisme.
- Susa futhi uwakhiphe emathawulani ephepha. Zivumele zipholile ngaphambi kokuphakela.
