7. Gcoba u-anyanisi. Gcwalisa ungqimba ngalunye luka-anyanisi nge-spoonful yengxube bese ugoqa ngobumnene ukuze uvale ukugcwaliswa. Faka uqinise endishini yokubhaka engashoni, kuhhavini waseDutch, noma epanini eliphephile kuhhavini. Thela ½ inkomishi yamanzi, uviniga, inkomishi esele engu-¼ yamafutha omnqumo phezu kuka-anyanisi.
