I-Quick Rabri ku-Vermicelli Cups (Sev Katori)

Izithako:
-Ubisi luka-Olper 2 izinkomishi
-I-Olper's Cream ¾ Inkomishi (izinga lokushisa legumbi)
-Elaichi powder (impushana yeCardamom ) ½ tsp
-Ushukela 3-4 tbs noma ukunambitha
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Saffron noma i-Kewra essence ½ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) oqoshiwe 1-2 tbs
-Badam (Ama-alimondi) oqoshiwe 1-2 tbs
-IGhee (Ibhotela elicacisiwe) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sewaiyan (Vermicelli) echotshoziwe 250g
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Amanzi 4 tbs
-Ubisi olujikisiwe 5-6 tbs

Izikhombisi-ndlela:
Lungisa I-Rabri Esheshayo:
-Epanini, engeza ubisi, ukhilimu, impushana yecardamom, ushukela ,cornflour & whisk kahle.
-Vula ilangabi bese upheka elangeni eliphansi lize lijiye.
-Engeza i-saffron noma i-kewra essence, i-pistachios, ama-alimondi futhi uhlanganise kahle.
-Yeka kuphole.
>Lungisa izinkomishi ze-Vermicelli (Sev Katori):
-Epanini lokuthosa, engeza ibhotela elicacisiwe futhi ulivumele lincibilike.
-Engeza i-vermicelli, xuba kahle futhi uyithose elangeni eliphansi lize lishintshe. umbala & nephunga elimnandi (2-3 amaminithi).
-Faka impushana ye-cardamom futhi uhlanganise kahle.
-Engeza amanzi kancane kancane, hlanganisa kahle futhi upheke emlilweni ophansi imizuzu engu-1-2.
-Engeza ubisi olujiyile, hlanganisa kahle bese upheka elangeni eliphansi imizuzu engu-1-2 noma kuze kunamathele.

Ukuhlanganisa:
-Endishini encane eyisicaba, beka ifilimu yokudla, engeza ingxube ye-vermicelli efudumele bese uyicindezela ngosizo lwesicindezelo sokhuni sikaphayi ukuze wenze umumo wesitsha futhi ufake esiqandisini kuze kumiswe (imizuzu engu-15) kunokuba uyisuse ngokucophelela.
Endishini ye-vermicelli, engeza i-rabri elungisiwe futhi uhlobise ngamantongomane axubile, ama-rose buds. & phaka (kwenza 7-8).
