Dahi Bhindi

I-Bindi iyimifino edumile yaseNdiya eyaziwa ngezinzuzo zayo eziningi zezempilo. Iwumthombo omuhle we-fiber, iron, nezinye izakhi ezibalulekile. I-Dahi Bindi iyisitsha se-curry esekwe iyogathi yaseNdiya, esengezo esinambitheka kunoma yikuphi ukudla. Kulula ukuyilungisa futhi inambitheka kahle nge-chapati noma irayisi. Funda ukwenza i-Dahi Bindi emnandi ekhaya ngale recipe elula.
Izithako:
- 250 amagremu bhindi (okra)
- 1 inkomishi iyogathi
- 1 u-anyanisi
- 2 utamatisi
- 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
- 1 isipuni se-turmeric powder
- I-tsp engu-1 ye-chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Amaqabunga e-coriander amasha okuhlobisa
Imiyalelo:
1. Geza bese ubamba kancane i-bhindi, bese unquma iziphetho bese uzisika zibe izingcezu ezincane.
2. Shisisa amafutha epanini. Engeza imbewu ye-cumin futhi uvumele ukuba i-splutter.
3. Faka u-anyanisi oqoshwe kahle bese usakaza kuze kube nsundu ngokusagolide.
4. Engeza utamatisi oqoshiwe, i-turmeric powder, impushana ebomvu ye-chili, nosawoti. Pheka kuze kube utamatisi uthambile.
5. Shaya i-curd kuze kube bushelelezi bese wengeza engxube, kanye ne-garam masala.
6. Ivuse njalo. Faka i-bhindi bese uyipheka kuze kube yilapho i-bhindi iphenduka ithenda.
7. Uma usuqedile, hlobisa i-Dahi Bindi ngamaqabunga e-coriander. I-Dahi Bindi yakho emnandi isilungele ukuhlinzekwa.
