- 3 izinkomishi ze-oats ezigoqiwe (270g)
 - 1/2 inkomishi ye-alimondi eqoshiwe (70g)
 - li>1/2 inkomishi yama-walnuts aqoshiwe (60g)
 - 1/2 inkomishi yembewu yethanga (70g)
 - 1/2 inkomishi yembewu kabhekilanga (70g)
 - 2 tbsp ufulawa we-flaxseed
 - 2 tsp isinamoni egayiwe
 - 1/2 tsp kasawoti
 - 1/2 inkomishi yama-apulasi (130g)
 - 1/3 inkomishi yesiraphu ye-maple, uju noma i-agave (80ml)
 - 1 iqanda elimhlophe
 - 1/2 inkomishi yama-cranberries omisiwe (noma ezinye izithelo ezomisiwe) (70g)

Ukulungiselela:
Endishini, hlanganisa zonke izithako ezomile, i-oats egoqiwe, ama-alimondi, ama-walnuts, imbewu yethanga, imbewu kabhekilanga, ufulawa we-flaxseed, isinamoni kanye usawoti. Esitsheni esihlukile, hlanganisa ndawonye i-appleauce nesiraphu ye-maple.
Thela izithako ezimanzi kokomile futhi ugovuze kahle umzuzu owodwa, ukuhlanganisa ngokugcwele bese unamathela. Hlanganisa iqanda elimhlophe kuze kube yigwebu bese wengeza engxube ye-granola, uhlanganise kahle. Engeza izithelo ezomisiwe, bese uxuba futhi.
Sabalalisa ingxube ye-granola ethreyini yokubhaka enomugqa (usayizi oyiyintshi engu-13x9) bese uyicindezela kahle usebenzisa isikhafu. Bhaka ku-325F (160C) imizuzu engu-30.
Yiyeke iphole ngokuphelele, bese uhlephula ube izingcezu ezinkulu noma ezincane. Khonza nge-yogurt noma ubisi, bese ufaka amajikijolo amasha.
