    • Inkukhu exutshwe ne-boti 1 kg
    • Hari elaichi (Okuhlaza i-cardamom) 6-7
    • Sabut kali mirch (ukhozo lukapelepele omnyama) 1 tsp
    • Laung (Ama-Cloves) 3-4
    • Adrak lehsan paste (Unamathisele kagalikhi ka-ginger) 1 & ½ tbs
    • Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
    • Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tbs
    • Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
    • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
    • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs noma ukunambitha
    • Garam masala impushana ½ tsp
    • I-Dahi (Yogathi) 300g
    • Amanzi 1 & ½ Inkomishi
    • Amanzi afudumele Inkomishi engu-1
    • Amanzi e-Kewra 1 & ½ tsp

Lungisa u-Khushboo Masala:

  • E-mortal & pestle, engeza incebu, i-cardamom eluhlaza, induku yesinamoni, amantongomane, ama-clove futhi ugaye ukwenza impushana bese uyibeka eceleni.

Lungisa i-Korma:

  • Ebhodweni, engeza ibhotela elicacisiwe bese uliyeka lincibilike.
  • Faka u-anyanisi bese uthosa elangabini eliphakathi nendawo kuze kube golide, yikhiphe futhi uyisakaze ethreyini futhi uyeke ukuthi yome kuze kube crispy.
  • Ebhodweni elifanayo, engeza inyama yenkukhu uhlanganise kahle ize ishintshe umbala.
