Lungisa I-Chocolate Mousse (Isendlalelo 2):
-Ama-ice cubes njengoba kudingeka
-Ukhilimu ka-Olper ugodole 250ml
- Ushokoledi omnyama onoshukela omncane ogayiwe 150g
-Ushukela o-Icing 4 tbs
-I-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Lungisa Igobolondo Eliphezulu Leshokoledi (Ungqimba 4):
-Ushokoledi omnyama onoshukela omncane ogayiwe 100g
-Amafutha kakhukhunathi 1 tsp
-Isiraphu Yoshukela
-Impushana kakhokho

Izikhombisi-ndlela:

Lungisa Ikhekhe Likashokoledi (Ungqimba 1):< br>Endishini, faka iqanda, ubisi, amafutha okupheka, i-vanilla essence, i-caster sugar bese ushaya kahle.
Endishini faka isisefo, engeza ufulawa owenziwe yonke into, impushana kakhokho, usawoti ophinki, i-baking powder, i-baking soda & sefa ndawonye bese ushaya kuze kuhlangane kahle.
Engeza amanzi ashisayo bese ushaya kahle.
Epanini lokubhaka lama-intshi angu-8 eligcotshwe ngebhotela, thela inhlama yekhekhe uphinde ucofe izikhathi ezimbalwa.
Bhaka kuhhavini oshisayo ngaphambi kwesikhathi 180C imizuzu engu-30 (ku-grill ephansi).
Kuvumele kuphole ekamelweni lokushisa.

Manje engeza ushokoledi oncibilikisiwe enhlanganisweni kakhilimu bese ushaya kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle.
Dlulisela esikhwameni sepayipi futhi ubeke esiqandisini kuze kusetshenziswe.

Susa ikhekhe epanini lokubhaka & nquma ikhekhe njengosayizi wethini ngalinye ngosizo lwendilinga umsiki (6.5” ithini lekhekhe).
Faka ikhekhe ngaphansi kwebhokisi likathayela, engeza isiraphu kashukela bese uliyeka licwile imizuzu eyi-10.
Faka i-mousse kashokoledi elungisiwe ekhekheni futhi usakaze ngokulinganayo.
Khipha ungqimba oluncane lwe-ganache kashokoledi (usendlalelo 3) bese usakaza ngokulinganayo.
Thela ushokoledi oncibilikisiwe, usabalalise ngokulinganayo futhi ufake esiqandisini kuze kumiswe.
Fafaza impushana kakhokho bese uyipha obathandayo.
