Iresiphi ye-Dalia Khichdi

Izithako:
- 1 Katori Dalia
- 1/2 isipuni se-Ghee
- 1 isipuni se-Jeera (imbewu ye-cumin )
- 1/2 isipuni sikapelepele obomvu
- 1/2 isipuni se-Haldi powder (turmeric)
- 1 isipuni sikasawoti (njengokuthanda kwakho)
- 1 Inkomishi ye-Hari Matar (uphizi oluhlaza)
- 1 Usayizi omaphakathi u-Tamatar (utamatisi)
- 3 I-Hari Mirch (upelepele oluhlaza)
- 1250 gm Amanzi
Ukuze ulungise le Dalia khichdi emnandi, qala ngokushisisa i-ghee esitokisini esicindezelayo. Uma i-ghee isishisa, engeza i-jeera futhi uyivumele ihlakazeke. Bese, hlanganisa i-tamatar eqoshiwe kanye nopelepele oluhlaza, usakaza kuze kube yilapho utamatisi usuthamba.
Okulandelayo, engeza i-Dalia kumpheki bese ugovuza imizuzu embalwa ukuze uyigazise kancane, uthuthukise ukunambitheka kwayo kwe-nutty. Landela lokhu ngokwengeza impushana kachili ebomvu, i-haldi powder, nosawoti. Hlanganisa i-Hari Matar bese uhlanganisa yonke into kahle.
Thela ku-1250 gm wamanzi, uqinisekise ukuthi zonke izithako zicwilisiwe. Vala isembozo sompheki bese upheka amakhwela angu-6-7 ngokushisa okuphakathi. Uma usuqedile, vumela ingcindezi ukuthi ikhulule ngokwemvelo ngaphambi kokuvula. I-Dalia khichdi yakho isilungile manje!
