Ye-Base Gravy
• Epanini elingaphansi elisindayo, engeza amanzi enkomishi engu-½.
• Faka utamatisi, u-anyanisi, u-garlic, ujinja, i-degi mirch nazo zonke izinongo. Xuba kahle.
• Faka 1½ tsp ibhotela, usawoti uhlanganise kahle. Vala umpheki imizuzu engu-15.
• Uma utamatisi usuthambile, usebenzisa i-blender yesandla, hlanganisa umhluzi uze ubushelelezi.
• Khipha umhluzi ngesisefo.

• Epanini, faka ibhotela ulivumele lincibilike. Engeza upelepele obomvu kanye ne-coriander powder, upheke umzuzu.
• Thela i-gravy elungiselelwe, hlanganisa kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-2-3.
• Engeza ukhilimu omusha, uju, inkukhu ye-tandoori eqoshiwe, uhlanganise kahle bese upheka enye imizuzu engu-3-4.
• Faka amanzi e-kewra, amaqabunga e-fenugreek omisiwe bese upheka imizuzu emi-2.
• Endishini encane yensimbi, faka amalahle ashisiwe bese uwabeka phakathi nesihluzi.
• Thela i-ghee phezu kwamalahle bese uvala ngokushesha ngesivalo, uyigcine imizuzu engu-2-3 ukuze uthole ukunambitheka kwentuthu. Uma usuqedile, susa isitsha samalahle.
• Dlulisa inkukhu yebhotela endishini yokuphakela. Gcoba ukhilimu omusha kanye ne-coriander sprig. Khonza kushisa nge-roti noma irayisi.
