Izikhombisi-ndlela:
-I-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara Dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Isitsha se-mein maida, zeera,kalonji,usawoti opinki,lal mirch ochotshoziwe aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Amafutha okupheka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka blended ingxube eluhlaza shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 amaminithi kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko stretch ker ka smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Isandla esigcotshiswe ngenhlama ye-chota (50g) i-lein aur ball bana lein.
-Amafutha okupheka dal dein aur haath ki madad sa dough ko pheela lein.
-I-Karahi mein yamafutha okupheka i-garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (yenza 10-12).
