Izikhombisi-ndlela:
-Endishini, engeza u-anyanisi, uviniga, amanzi, usawoti ophinki, uhlanganise kahle futhi uzivumele zicwile zize ziphakwe.
-Endishini, engeza amazambane uphinde ugxobe kahle ngosizo lwe-masher.
-Engeza i-coriander entsha, usawoti ophinki, upelepele obomvu ochotshoziwe, i-garam masala powder, i-tandoori masala, isoso kagalikhi kachili, imayonesi & uhlanganise kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle.
-E-paratha, engeza ama-tbs angu-3-4 okugcwalisa amazambane alungisiwe futhi uwasakaze ngokulinganayo.

-Beka i-paratha (ihlangothi lamazambane phansi) bese upheka imizuzu engu-1-2.
-Phenya futhi ohlangothini oluyingxenye lweparatha, engeza futhi usakaze iklabishi, u-anyanisi ofakwe uviniga, i-capsicum, i-mint isoso yeyogathi, impushana ye-paprika, phenya olunye uhlangothi lwe-paratha (yenza 4-5) bese uphake!
