Izithako:
-Lehsan (I-Garlic) 12-15 ama-clove
-Adrak (I-Ginger) ucezu lwama-intshi angu-2
-Hari mirch (Ama-chillies aluhlaza) 2
-Sabut dhania (Imbewu ye-Coriander) 1 tbs
-Zeera (Imbewu ye-Cumin) 2 tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (Ama-peppercorns amnyama) ½ tsp
-Urad daal (Hlukanisa igremu emnyama) 1 Inkomishi (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( Amafutha e-mustard) 1/3 Inkomishi Okushintshwayo: amafutha okupheka ozikhethele wona
-Rai dana (Imbewu yesinaphi emnyama) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (U-anyanisi) oqoshiwe 1 encane
-Impushana ye-Hing (i-Asafoetida powder) ¼ tsp
-Atta (ufulawa kakolweni) 3 tbs
-Amanzi Izinkomishi ezi-5 noma njengoba kudingeka
-Impushana ye-Haldi (impushana ye-Turmeric) ½ tsp
-Usawoti wase-Himalayan opinki 1 & ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp noma ukunambitha
-I-Hara dhania (i-coriander entsha) isandla esinqunyiwe
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
-E-mortal & pestle,engeza ugalikhi,ujinja, upelepele oluhlaza, imbewu ye-coriander, imbewu ye-cumin, u-peppercorns omnyama & uchoboze kahle bese ubeka eceleni.
-Ku-wok, engeza i-gramu emnyama ehlukanisiwe futhi uwose omile emlilweni ophansi imizuzu engu-8-10.
-Yenze kuphole.
-Embizeni yokugaya, engeza i-lentil egazingiwe, gaya kahle futhi ubeke eceleni.
-Ebhodweni, engeza amafutha e-mustard futhi uwashise ukuze aphume.
-Faka imbewu yesinaphi emnyama, u-anyanisi, impushana ye-asafoetida, hlanganisa kahle bese usakaza imizuzu engu-2-3.
-Engeza izinongo ezichotshoziwe, ufulawa kakolweni bese upheka imizuzu engu-2-3.
-Engeza i-ground lentil, amanzi futhi uhlanganise kahle.
-Engeza i-turmeric powder, usawoti obomvana, upelepele obomvu, hlanganisa kahle futhi ulethe ukuthi ubilise, khava bese upheka elangabini eliphansi kuze kube lula (imizuzu engu-30-40), hlola futhi uhlanganise phakathi.
-Engeza i-coriander entsha futhi uphake nelayisi!
