  • I-Hara dhania (i-coriander entsha) eqoshiwe - 1 tbs

  • I-Dahi (Iyogathi) ilengisiwe - 200g

  • I-Kali mirch (Upelepele omnyama) ochotshoziwe - ukunambitha
  • Usawoti ophinki we-Himalayan - ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
  • I-Kheera (Ikhukhamba) igayiwe yaphinde yakhanywa - 1 okumaphakathi
  • I-Hara Dhania (i-coriander entsha) iqotshiwe - isandla
  • Amafutha omnqumo - 1-2 tsp

Izikhombisi-ndlela

Lungisa Inkukhu yaseMedithera:

  1. Emshinini wokugaya, engeza amaqabunga e-basil amasha, u-garlic, impushana ye-paprika, upelepele omnyama ochotshoziwe, usawoti obomvana, unamathisele utamatisi, unamathisele lwesinaphi, ijusi kalamula, namafutha omnqumo. Gaya kahle ukuze wenze inhlama ewugqinsi.
  2. Gcoba i-marinade kuzibopho zenkukhu, gcoba kahle, ikhava, bese u-marinate imizuzu engu-30.

  1. Endishini, hlanganisa ukhukhamba, u-anyanisi, utamatisi we-cherry, upelepele omnyama ochotshoziwe, usawoti ophinki, ujusi kalamula, ne-coriander entsha. Gcoba kahle.
  2. Gonga kancane ushizi we-feta. Beka eceleni.

Lungisa Isoso ye-Tzatziki:

  1. Endishini, hlanganisa iyogathi, ugalikhi, ujusi kalamula, upelepele omnyama ochotshoziwe, nosawoti ophinki.
  2. Engeza ikhukhamba egayiwe ne-coriander entsha; hlanganisa kahle. Gcoba ngamafutha omnqumo ubeke eceleni.
