Lungisa Inkukhu yaseMedithera:
- Emshinini wokugaya, engeza amaqabunga e-basil amasha, u-garlic, impushana ye-paprika, upelepele omnyama ochotshoziwe, usawoti obomvana, unamathisele utamatisi, unamathisele lwesinaphi, ijusi kalamula, namafutha omnqumo. Gaya kahle ukuze wenze inhlama ewugqinsi.
- Gcoba i-marinade kuzibopho zenkukhu, gcoba kahle, ikhava, bese u-marinate imizuzu engu-30.

- Engeza ikhukhamba egayiwe ne-coriander entsha; hlanganisa kahle. Gcoba ngamafutha omnqumo ubeke eceleni.
