-I-Mong phali (Amakinati) egazingiwe ½ Inkomishi
-I-Himalayan usawoti obomvana ¼ tsp

-I-Hari mirch (Upelepele oluhlaza) oqoshiwe 1-2

-Chaat masala ukunambitha
-Hara dhania ( I-coriander entsha) eqoshiwe

-Ebhodweni, engeza uphizi omnyama, u-anyanisi wengane, utamatisi, unamathisele kagalikhi ka-ginger, usawoti ophinki, obomvu upelepele, impushana ye-coriander, i-garam masala powder, i-cumin powder, i-turmeric powder, uwoyela wesinaphi, amanzi, xuba kahle futhi ulethe ukuthi ubilise, vala futhi upheke emlilweni ophansi kuze kube yilapho amatshwele esethamba (imizuzu engu-40-50).
- Susa futhi ulahle ikhasi likatamatisi kunokupheka elangabini eliphezulu kuze kube yilapho amanzi omile (imizuzu engu-6-8).
-Faka i-tamarind pulp, xuba kahle umzuzu bese ubeke eceleni.

-Ngena i-wok, uwoyela wokupheka oshisayo kanye ne-deep frie wenza isicaba rice flakes ngesistrain kuze kube golide futhi ukhilimu, ucwebe futhi ubeke eceleni.
-E-wok, engeza amafutha okupheka, uphizi futhi uhlanganise kahle, ikhava uphinde upheke emlilweni ophakathi nendawo ukuze 1-2 amaminithi.
-Faka amakinati,usawoti opinki,impuphu ye-turmeric bese uxuba kahle umzuzu owodwa.
-Faka amakhekheba erayisi othosiwe futhi uhlanganise kahle.
-Faka upelepele oluhlaza, xuba kahle futhi ubeke eceleni.
