Izithako:
- 2 izinkomishi ezisele zerayisi
- 1 inkomishi exutshiwe yemifino (izaqathi, uphizi, upelepele, njll.)
- 1 isipuni samafutha
- 1 ithisipuni imbewu ye-cumin
- 1 u-anyanisi, oqotshwe kahle
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- 1/2 isipuni se-turmeric powder
- I-coriander entsha yokuhlobisa
Imiyalelo:

- Pheka eminye imizuzu engu-2-3, uqinisekise ukuthi irayisi liyashisisa.
- Gcoba nge-coriander entsha ngaphambi kokuphakelwa.
