Izithako
- 8 oz (225 g) ipasta oyikhethayo
- 1 inkomishi (240 g) i-hummus
- 1 inkomishi (150 g) utamatisi we-cherry, uhhafu
- 1 inkomishi (150 g) ikhukhamba, idayisi
- 1 upelepele wensimbi, odayisiwe
- 1/4 inkomishi (60 ml) ijusi kalamula
- Usawoti kanye nopelepele ukunambitha
- I-parsley entsha, eqotshiwe
Imiyalelo
- Pheka i-pasta ngokwemiyalelo yephakheji kuze kube i-dente. Khipha futhi ugeze ngaphansi kwamanzi abandayo ukuze uphole.
- Endishini enkulu yokuxuba, hlanganisa i-pasta ephekiwe kanye ne-hummus, uhlanganise kuze kube yilapho i-pasta igcwele kahle.
- Faka utamatisi we-cherry, ikhukhamba, i-bell pepper, nejusi kalamula. Phonsa ukuze uhlanganise.
- Nyosa ngosawoti kanye nopelepele ukuze ukunambitha. Faka i-parsley eqoshiwe ukuze uthole ukunambitheka okwengeziwe.
