I-Garlic Herb Ingulube I-Tenderloin

IZITHAKO
- 2 amathenda engulube, cishe amakhilogremu angu-1-1.5 lilinye
- 3 tbsp amafutha omnqumo
- 1-2 tsp usawoti we-kosher
- 1 isipuni sikapelepele omnyama omhlabathi omusha
- ½ tsp i-paprika ebhenyiwe
- ¼ inkomishi yewayini elomile elimhlophe
- ¼ inkomishi yesitoko senkomo noma umhluzi
- 1 tbsp iwayini elimhlophe leviniga
- 1 shallot, oqotshwe kahle
- 15-20 ama-clove kagalikhi, aphelele
- 1-2 amagatsha amakhambi amasha ahlukene, i-thyme ne-rosemary
- 1-2 tsp parsley eqoshiwe
INDLELA
- Shisisa i-oven ukuya ku-400F.
- Mboza ama- tenderloins ngamafutha, usawoti, pepper kanye ne-paprika. Hlanganisa kuze kuvame kahle bese ubeka eceleni.
- Esitsheni esincane, okulungiselelwe uketshezi oluncibilikayo ngokuxuba iwayini elimhlophe, isitoko senyama yenkomo, noviniga. Beka eceleni.
- Shisisa ipani bese useshe amathenda enyama yengulube kulo. Fafaza ama-shallots nesweli ezungeze ama-tenderloins. Bese uthele ku-deglazing liquid bese umboza ngamakhambi amasha. Vumela ukupheka kuhhavini imizuzu engu-20-25.
