Izithako:

● I-Ghee 4 tbsp

Indlela:

1. Endishini yokuxuba faka ufulawa ocolisisiwe, i-semolina, i-ajwain, usawoti kanye ne-ghee, uhlanganise kahle futhi uhlanganise ne-ghee kufulawa.
2. Engeza amanzi kancane kancane futhi kancane kancane uxove inhlama eqinile. Hlanganisa inhlama okungenani imizuzu engu-2-3.
3. Yimboze ngendwangu emanzi bese uyiphumuza okungenani imizuzu engu-30.
4. Hlanganisa inhlama futhi ngemva kokunye.
5. Faka amafutha ku-wok bese ushisa kuze kube yilapho kushisa ngokulingene, thosa lawa papdi emlilweni ophansi kuze kube nsundu futhi ube nsundu ngokusagolide. Yisuse ephepheni elimuncayo noma kusisefo ukuze ukhiphe uwoyela oweqile.
