I-Chickpea Falafels

Izithako
- 1 I-Pyaz encane (U-anyanisi)
- 7-8 ama-clove Lehsan (Garlic)
- 2-3 Hari mirch (Green chillies )
- 1 isixha se-Hara dhania (i-coriander entsha) noma njengoba kudingeka
- 1 Inkomishi ye-Chanay Evikelekile (Ama-Chickpeas), efakwe ubusuku bonke
- 3-4 tbsp Til (Sesame imbewu), egazingiwe
- 1 tbsp Imbewu ye-Coriander (Imbewu ye-Coriander), echotshoziwe
- ½ tsp Impushana yokubhaka
- 1 tsp I-oregano eyomile
- 1 tbsp i-Zeera (Imbewu ye-Cumin), egazingiwe futhi echotshoziwe
- ½ isipuni sikasawoti we-Himalayan pink noma ukunambitha
- 1 isipuni se-Kali mirch powder (Impushana kapelepele omnyama)
- 1 tbsp Ijusi kalamula
- Amafutha okupheka okuthosa
Izikhombisi-ndlela
- Ku-chopper, engeza u-anyanisi, u-garlic, upelepele oluhlaza, okusha i-coriander, i-chickpeas, imbewu yesesame, imbewu ye-coriander, i-baking powder, i-oregano eyomisiwe, imbewu ye-cumin, usawoti ophinki, impushana kapelepele, nejusi kalamula bese uqoba kahle.
- Yikhiphe endishini bese uxova kahle 2 -3 amaminithi.
- Thatha inani elincane lengxube (45g) bese ucindezela ngobumnene ukwenza ama-falafel amise okweqanda.
- E-wok, shisa amafutha okupheka bese uthosa phakathi- ilangabi eliphansi kuze kube nsundu yegolide. Le recipe yenza cishe ama-falafel angu-20.
- Nikeza ngesinkwa se-pita, i-hummus, nesaladi!
