-Impushana yobisi lukakhukhunathi 1 tbs (kuyakhetheka)

-Ijusi kalamula 2 amatsp

-E-wok, engeza inkukhu, u-ginger garlic ochotshoziwe, usawoti ophinki, amafutha okupheka, amanzi, hlanganisa kahle futhi ulethe ukuze ubilise , vala futhi upheke emlilweni ophezulu imizuzu engu-5-6 bese upheka emlilweni ophezulu kuze kube yilapho amanzi omile (imizuzu engu-1-2).
