Ngokulungiselelwa kwe-Chana Chaat Masala, yenza inhlama yempushana ebomvu ye-chili, i-cumin powder, i-coriander powder, i-turmeric powder, i-chaat masala, nosawoti omnyama.
Ngokuhlanganisa i-Chana Chaat, ukushisa amafutha, engeza i-cumin, i-ginger kanye ne-garlic paste, ama-chickpeas abilisiwe. Pheka imizuzu embalwa.
