I-Bulgur Pilaf

Izithako:
- 2 izinkomishi ze-bulgur egayiwe
- 2 u-anyanisi, odayiwe
- isaqathi esincane esingu-1, egayiwe
- 4 ama-clove kagalikhi, osikiwe
- 2 wezipuni zamafutha omnqumo
- 1 isipuni esiqoqiwe + 1 ithisipuni ibhotela
- 2 wezipuni unamathisele upelepele obomvu
- 2 wezipuni utamatisi unama (okunye, 200 ml utamatisi puree)
- 400 g amachwane abilisiwe
- 1 isipuni seminti eyomisiwe
- 1 ithisipuni ye-thyme eyomisiwe (noma i-oregano)
- 1 ithisipuni kasawoti
- 1 ithisipuni kapelepele omnyama
Iziyalezo:
- Gcoba ibhotela lesipuni esingu-1 kanye amafutha e-olive ebhodweni.
- Faka u-anyanisi bese upheka imizuzu embalwa.
- Ngemva kokuba u-anyanisi usuthambile, faka u-garlic bese uqhubeke upheka.
- Faka utamatisi nopelepele. Sebenzisa isihloko sespatula sakho ukuze uhlanganise inhlama no-anyanisi nesweli ngokulinganayo.
- Faka i-bulgur, isanqante kanye nophizi. Qhubeka ushukumisa ngemva kokwengeza zonke izithako.
- Isikhathi sokunonga i-pilav! Isizini nge-mint eyomisiwe, i-thyme, usawoti kanye nopelepele omnyama bese wengeza isipuni esingu-1 amaflakes kapelepele obomvu, uma usebenzisa unamathisele kapelepele obomvu omnandi.
- Thela emanzini abilayo aze afike ku-2 cm ukuphakama kunezinga le-bulgur. Kuzothatha cishe izinkomishi ezi-4 zamanzi abilayo kuye ngobukhulu bepani lakho.
