  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp noma ukunambitha
  • Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Sabut dhania (imbewu ye-Coriander) ichotshozwe i-tbs engu-1
  • I-Ajwain (Imbewu ye-Carom) ¼ tsp
  • I-Adrak lehsan paste (Unamathisele kagalikhi ka-ginger) 1 & ½ tsp
  • Amanzi 3 izinkomishi
  • I-Hari mirch (Ipelepele eluhlaza) iqotshwe i-tbs engu-1
  • Pyaz (U-anyanisi) osikiwe ½ Inkomishi
  • I-Hara dhania (i-coriander entsha) eqoshiwe ½ Inkomishi
  • Amafutha okupheka 4 tbs
  • Chaat masala

Izikhombisi-ndlela:

  • Gcoba amazambane ngosizo lwe-grater bese ubeka eceleni.
  • Emanzini abilayo, beka isihluzi, engeza amazambane agayiwe & blanch emlilweni ophakathi nendawo imizuzu emi-3,hluza bese ubeka eceleni.
  • E-wok, engeza ufulawa wegremu, usawoti obomvana, imbewu ka-cumin, upelepele obomvu, impushana ye-turmeric, imbewu ye-coriander, imbewu ye-carom, unamathisele kagalikhi ka-ginger, amanzi kanye ne-whisk kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle.
  • Vula ilangabi, uxube ngokuqhubekayo futhi upheke emlilweni omncane kuze kube inhlama yakheke (imizuzu engu-6-8).
  • Vala ilangabi, engeza upelepele oluhlaza, u-anyanisi, amazambane abilisiwe, i-coriander entsha futhi uhlanganise kahle.
