2 tbsp imbewu ye-chia
1 tbsp ijusi kalamula

Hlanganisa ne-apula eliphekiwe, noma i-apulauce, ubeke emlilweni ophakathi nendawo bese ulethe ekushiseni okuncane. Pheka imizuzu emi-2-3.
Hlanganisa ufulawa we-oat namanzi bese uthele ku-jam ingxube, bese upheka eminye imizuzu engu-2-3.
