-Cishe unqume inkukhu ngosizo lwezandla bese uyibeka eceleni.

-E-wok, engeza amafutha okupheka, inkukhu egayiwe ngesandla futhi uhlanganise kahle ize ishintshe umbala bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi kuze wome (3-4 imizuzu).
