Indlela:
Qala ngokugeza nokucwilisa i-moong dal nerayisi le-basmati amahora angu-1-2. Bese, esitsheni esicindezelayo, hlanganisa i-moong dal ecwilisiwe, irayisi le-basmati, impushana ye-turmeric, usawoti, namanzi. Wapheke ngezikhwelo ezingu-2-3 elangeni eliphansi elimaphakathi.
Okwe-tadka (i-tempering), shisisa ipani bese wengeza i-ghee, uwoyela, i-jeera (imbewu ye-cumin), upelepele obomvu, nehing (asafoetida). Kuyeke kushunqe, bese ufaka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe bese ushubisa kuze kube nsundu osagolide. Engeza u-garlic oqoshiwe, kulandele i-ginger eqoshiwe kanye ne-chili eluhlaza. Hlanganisa irayisi eliphekiwe nengxube ye-dal ne-tadka. Pheka imizuzu engu-1-2.
Epanini elincane, engeza i-ghee, i-jeera, u-garlic oqoshiwe, i-hing, nempushana kachili ebomvu. Sosa kuze kube nsundu ngokusagolide.
