- 375ml Ubisi lukakhukhunathi, amafutha agcwele
- 2¾ izinkomishi (220g) I-oats esheshayo
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
1. Gcoba ipani lekhekhe eliyindingilizi elingu-7-intshi (18cm) ngebhotela/amafutha, uhlobise ngezansi ngephepha lesikhumba. Gcoba nesikhumba. Beka eceleni.
2. Qoba ushokoledi kanye neleyisi endishini evimbela ukushisa.
3. Epanini elincane ulethe ubisi lwekakhukhunathi ukuze ubilise, bese uthela ushokoledi. Ake uhlale imizuzu emi-2, bese ugoqa kuze kuncibilike futhi kubushelelezi.
4. Engeza i-oats esheshayo bese uxuba kuze kuhlanganiswe.
5. Thela inhlama epanini. Vumela kuphole ngokwezinga lokushisa legumbi, bese Ufake efrijini kuze kusethwe, okungenani amahora angu-4.
6. Khonza ngezithelo ezintsha.
