Punjabi Aloo Chutney
 
        - Mura Igbadun Potato:
 -Epo sise 3 tbs
 -Hari mirch (Ata alawọ ewe) ge 1 tbs
 -Adrak lehsan lẹẹ (paste Atalẹ) 1 & ½ tsp
 -Sabut dhania (awọn irugbin coriander) ti a sun & a fi fọ 1 tbs
 -Zeera (awọn irugbin kumini) sisun & fifun 1 tsp
 - iyo Himalayan Pink Pink 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
 -Haldi etu (epa turmeric) 1 tsp
 -Lal mirch powder (pupa pupa) 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
 -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 4-5 alabọde
 -Matar (Ewa) boiled 1 Ife
- Ṣetan Green Chutney:
 -Podina (ewe Mint) 1 Cup
 - Hara dhania (Coriander titun) ½ Cup
 -Lehsan (Ata ilẹ) 3-4 cloves
 -Hari mirch (Ata alawọ ewe) 4-5
 -Chanay (Gremu sisun) 2 tbs
 -Zeera (awọn irugbin cumin) 1 tsp
 - iyo Himalayan Pink Pink ½ tsp tabi si lenu
 -Lemon juice 2 tbs
 -Omi 3-4 tbs
- Prepare Meethi Imli ki Chutney:
 -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
 -Aloo bukhara (diried plums) 10-12
 -suga 2 tbs
 -Sonth powder (ayan gbigbe gbigbe) ½ tsp
 -Kala namak ( iyo dudu) ¼ tsp
 -Pẹlu Zeera (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
 -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp tabi lati lenu
 -Omi ¼ Cup
- Mura Samosa Esufulawa:
 -Maida (Iyẹfun idi gbogbo) ao yo Igo mẹta
 -Himalayan iyo Pink Pink 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
 -Ajwain (awọn irugbin Karom) ½ tsp
 -Ghee (Bota Clarified) ¼ Cup
 -Lukewarm water 1 Cup tabi bi o ṣe nilo
- Itọsọna:
 Ṣetan Filling Potato:
 -Ninu pan ti a din, fi epo sise, ata ilẹ alawọ ewe, ata ilẹ ginger, awọn irugbin coriander ,oso kumini,iyo orokun,osun yo,aojo pupa,ao jo po dada ao se fun iseju kan.
 -Ao fi poteto,ewa da,ao da dada papo ao fi masher po daada,ao wa po 1- 2 iṣẹju.
 -Jẹ ki o tutu.
