-Himalayan iyo Pink Pink 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
-Dhania lulú (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Feera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Sarson ka tel ( Epo musitadi) tbs 3 (Apapo: Epo sise)
-Omi 5 Cups tabi bi o ti nilo
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 & ½ tbs
Mura Matar Chewra:
-Epo sise fun sisun.
-Pohan chewda (Flattened rice flakes) 1 & ½ Cup
-Epo sise 1 tsp
-Matar (Ewa) 1 Cup
-Mong phali (epa) sisun ½ Cup
-Himalayan iyo Pink ¼ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Hari mirch (Asa alawọ ewe) ge 1-2
Apejọ:
-Chaat masala lati lenu
-Hara dhania ( Alubosa tuntun) ge
-Pyaz (Alubosa) oruka

-Ninu ikoko kan,o da chickpeas dudu dudu,alubosa ọmọ,tomati,ata ilẹ ginger,iyo Pink,pupa. ata ijosi,egbe koriander,garam masala etu,kumini etu,epo kumini,epo musitadi,omi,je daadaa ao wa sise,ao bo ao se lori ina kekere titi ti chickpeas yoo fi tutu (40-50 minutes).

-Ao fi ege iresi fried papo dada.
