- Khopra (agbon ti a ti yan) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (asu alawọ ewe) 5-6
-Podina (ewe Mint) 12-15
-Hara dhania (Coriander tutu) 2-3 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Omi 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb spice) powder 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder ( Iyẹfun cardamom) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (apa dudu) 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Pyaz (alubosa) fried 1 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Ghee (Bota Clarified) ½ Cup
-Koyla (Edu) fun ẹfin
Ṣetan Paratha:
-Paratha esufulawa boolu 150g kọọkan
-Ghee (Bota Clarified) 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Coriander titun) ge
-Hari mirch (Alubosa) ege 1-2
-Pyaz (alubosa) oruka

-Ninu ikoko kan,fi ẹran malu, iyo Pink,ogbo papaya. ao jo, ata ijosin ao da po daada,ao bo ati omi fun wakati kan.
-Ninu onije turari kan,ao fi almondi kun,agbo cashew,agbon ti a ti desiccated &a lo dada.
