Mura Kalay Channay ka Salan:

- Himalayan Pink iyọ 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
-Iyẹfun Zeera (ẹyẹ kumini) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch lulú (Red chilli lulú) 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
-Dhania lulú (Coriander lulú) 1 & ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri pupa chilli) lulú 1 tsp
-Garam masala lulú 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Koriander titun) ge 1 tbs
-Kasuri methi (ewe fenugreek ti o gbẹ) 1 tsp

-Epo sise 3 tbs
-Adrak (Atalẹ) ge 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
Zeera (awọn irugbin kumini) ½ tsp
-Ajwain (awọn irugbin Karom) 1 pọ
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri pupa chilli) lulú ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Alabapade coriander) ge

-Podina (ewe Mint) iwonba

-Lehsan (Ata ilẹ) cloves 4-5
-Adrak (Atalẹ) 1 inch

-Ghee (bota ti a ti ṣalaye) ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Alubosa) ti ge wẹwẹ 1 alabọde

-Omi 3 & ½ Igo
-Iyọ Pink Himalayan ½ tbs tabi lati lenu

-Lori awọn ohun elo turari, ṣafikun awọn irugbin fennel, star anise, awọn igi eso igi gbigbẹ oloorun, cardamom dudu, awọn irugbin kumini, awọn leaves bay, bo lati tii & ṣeto si apakan.
-Ninu ikoko kan,fi awọn chickpeas dudu,iyo Pink,omi,dapọ daradara ki o mu u wá.
Yọ itanjẹ kuro, ṣafikun rogodo strainer turari, ideri ati sise lori ina kekere titi di tutu (iṣẹju 35-40) ati yọ turari rogodo strainer kuro (itosi awọn agolo omi 2 yẹ ki o wa).
-Ninu ọpọn idapọmọra, ṣafikun awọn chickpeas dudu ti o yan (1/2 Cup), ọja chickpea (1/2 Cup), dapọ daradara & ṣeto si apakan.
- Igara dudu chickpeas & iṣura iṣura fun lilo nigbamii.
- Ni ikoko kan, fi epo sise, alubosa ati din-din titi ti wura ina.
- Fi awọn tomati kun, lẹẹ ata ilẹ ginger, dapọ daradara & Cook fun iṣẹju 1-2.
-E fi iyo yo, etu kumini, etu ata pupa, etu koriander, etu ata ijosi Kashmiri pupa, garam masala lulú, papo dada & sise fun iseju 2-3.
- Ṣafikun lẹẹmọ chickpea ti o dapọ & dapọ daradara fun iṣẹju kan.
- Ṣafikun awọn chickpeas dudu ti o wa ni ipamọ, ọja ti o wa ni ipamọ, dapọ daradara & mu wá si sise.

-Fi awọn chilles alawọ ewe, awọn irugbin kumini, awọn irugbin carom, Kashmiri pupa chilli lulú & dapọ daradara.
- Bayi tú tadka sinu ikoko, ṣe ẹṣọ pẹlu coriander tuntun & sin!

- Ni chopper, fi awọn ewe mint kun, coriander tuntun, ata ilẹ, ata ilẹ, awọn ata alawọ ewe, ge daradara & ṣeto si apakan.
