Mura Paratha Dough: -Ghee (Bota Clarified) 3 tbs -Maida (Iyẹfun idi gbogbo) ao 500g -Chakki atta (iyẹfun odidi) ao 1 Cup -Sugar powdered 2 tbs -Baking soda ½ tsp -Himalayan Pink iyọ 1 tsp - Doodh (wara) gbona 1 & ½ Cup -Epo sise 1 tsp -Epo sise

Pa ina naa, ṣafikun poteto ati mash daradara pẹlu iranlọwọ ti masher. - Tan ina naa, ṣafikun tandoori masala, chaat masala, iyo Pink, etu ata pupa, awọn irugbin kumini, awọn irugbin coriander, etu turmeric, iyẹfun giramu, coriander titun, dapọ daradara & Cook ni kekere fun iṣẹju 3-4. -Jẹ ki o tutu.
