-Ninu igo odidi,fi omi kun,ata ilẹ,atalẹ,dapọ daradara ki o ya sọtọ.
- Ni aijọju ge adie pẹlu iranlọwọ ti ọwọ & ya sọtọ.
-Ninu wok kan, ṣafikun epo sise, eku adie ti a ge ni ọwọ ati dapọ daradara titi ti awọ yoo fi yipada ati sise lori ina alabọde titi yoo fi gbẹ (iṣẹju 3-4).
