  • 1 tsp Kali mirch lulú (ata dudu)
  • 1 tbsp Oje lẹmọọn
  • Epo sise fun didin

Itọsọna

  1. Ninu chopper, fi alubosa, ata ilẹ, chillies alawọ ewe, alabapade. coriander, chickpeas, awọn irugbin sesame, awọn irugbin korianderi, erupẹ yan, oregano gbigbe, awọn irugbin kumini, iyo Pink, etu ata dudu, ati oje lẹmọọn & ge daradara.
  2. -3 iṣẹju.
  3. Mu iwọn kekere ti adalu (45g) & tẹ rọra lati ṣe falafels oval- kekere ina titi ti nmu kan brown. Ilana yii ṣe isunmọ 20 falafels.
