Awọn eroja:
- Aloo (Poteto) 2 nla
- Omi gbigbo bi o ti beere
- Baisan (iyẹfun Giramu) Igo meji
- iyo Himalayan Pink Pink 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
- Zeera (awọn irugbin kumini) sisun & fifun 1 tsp
- Lal mirch lulú (Pẹpa ata ilẹ) 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
- Iyẹfun Haldi (Iyẹfun Turmeric) ½ tsp
- Sabut dhania (awọn irugbin Coriander) ti a fọ 1 tbs
- Ajwain (awọn irugbin Karom) ¼ tsp
- Adrak lehsan lẹẹ (lẹẹ ata ilẹ Atalẹ) 1 & ½ tsp
- Omi 3 Cup
- Hari mirch (ata alawọ ewe) ge 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Alubosa) ge ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Coriander titun) ge ½ Cup
- Epo sise 4 tbs
- Chaat masala
Awọn itọsọna:
- Gẹẹrẹ poteto pẹlu iranlọwọ ti grater & ṣeto si apakan.
- Ninu omi gbigbona, gbe itọ, fi awọn poteto grated & blanch sori ina alabọde fun iṣẹju 3, igara & ṣeto si apakan.
- Ninu woki kan,e fi iyẹfun giramu giramu,iyo-pupa,awọn irugbin kumini,iyẹfun ata pupa,iyẹfun turmeric,awọn irugbin koriander,awọn irugbin karọọmu,ata ilẹ ata ilẹ,omi ati whisk titi di idapọ daradara. Tan ina naa, dapọ nigbagbogbo & sise lori ina kekere titi ti iyẹfun yoo fi ṣẹda (iṣẹju 6-8).
- Pa ina naa,fi ata alawọ ewe,alubosa,ọdunkun gbigbẹ,koriander titun ati ki o dapọ daradara.
