Switirhisiwa:
1 1⁄2 tbsp ya mbewu ya coriander, 2 tsp ya mbewu ya Cumin, 4-5 wa Kashmiri Red Chilli, 1 1⁄2 tbsp ya Peppercorns, 1 tbsp ya munyu
Eka Kadai Paneer:
1 tbsp ya Mafurha, 1 tsp ya mbewu ya Cumin, 1 tsp ya Ginger, leyi tsemiweke, 2 wa Onion leyikulu, leyi tsemiweke, 1 tsp ya Ginger garlic paste, 1⁄2 tsp ya Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp ya Degi chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 2 wa Matamatisi lamakulu, puree, Munyu hi ku navela, 1 tsp Ghee, 1 tsp Mafurha, 1 Anyanisi ya le xikarhi, xilayi, 1⁄2 Capsicum, xilayi, 1 Matamatisi, xilayi, Munyu hi ku navela, 250 Gram paneer, xilayi, 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tbsp kadai masala, 1 tbsp Cream/ yo hlawula, Coriander Sprig
Ndlela:
Eka Kadai masala
● Teka pani.
● Engeta ti coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Kashmiri red chilli, peppercorn na munyu
● Dry roast yi kondza u kuma nutty aroma.
● Yi tshike yi hola u yi sila yiva fine powder.
Eka Kadai Paneer
● Teka pani, chela mafurha/ghee.
● Sweswi chela cumin, ginger u sweka kahle
● Engeta anyanisi, ginger garlic paste u sweka ku kondza ku nun’hwela loku nga swekiwangiki ku tima.
● Engeta turmeric powder, degi chilli powder na coriander powder u sweka kahle.
● Engeta puree ya matamatisi, munyu kuya hi nantswo na mati u tshika yi sweka.
● Teka pani, chela mafurha/ ghee.
● Engeta slice onion , slice capcium, slice tomato na munyu u saute for a minute.
● Engeta paneer slice eka yona u yi sweka kahle.
● Chela kashmiri chilli powder na kadai masala leyi lunghisiweke eka yona u saute kahle.
● Engetela gravy leyi lunghiseleriweke eka pani u yi sweka kahle.
● Engeta cream u hlanganisa kahle.
● Yi khavisa hi xirhabyani xa coriander.
