Xikhukhi xa Xikhekhe xa Hojicha

Switirhisiwa:
- 220g gf flour blend (88g tapioca starch, 66g buckwheat flour, 66g millet flour) kambe unga tirhisa flour yin’wana na yin’wana ya gf kumbe regular all purpose
- 1/2 tsp ya soda yo baka
- 2 tbsp ya hojicha powder
- 2 tbsp ya vanilla extract
- 113g ya botere leyi olovisiweke leyi nga riki na munyu
- 110g ya chukele ra granulated
- 50g ya chukele ra buraweni
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp ya munyu
- 1 tandza & 1 tandza yolk
- 110g ya khirimi ya chizi
- 40g ya botere leyi nga riki na munyu
- 200g ya chukele ra phoyizeni
- 1/2 tbsp ya juzi ya lamula
- ku pinch ya munyu
- 1 tsp ya vanilla paste (ya ku hlawula)
Swiletelo:
- Hisisa ngopfu 350F. < li>Eka xibya xale xikarhi, hlanganisa hojicha powder na vanilla extract swin’we kufikela swiva paste, kutani u chela botere u hlanganisa kufikela loko yiri homogenous.
