Switirhisiwa:

  • 220g gf flour blend (88g tapioca starch, 66g buckwheat flour, 66g millet flour) kambe unga tirhisa flour yin’wana na yin’wana ya gf kumbe regular all purpose
  • 1/2 tsp ya soda yo baka
  • 2 tbsp ya hojicha powder
  • 2 tbsp ya vanilla extract
  • 113g ya botere leyi olovisiweke leyi nga riki na munyu
  • 110g ya chukele ra granulated
  • 50g ya chukele ra buraweni
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp ya munyu
  • 1 tandza & 1 tandza yolk
  • 110g ya khirimi ya chizi
  • 40g ya botere leyi nga riki na munyu
  • 200g ya chukele ra phoyizeni
  • 1/2 tbsp ya juzi ya lamula
  • ku pinch ya munyu
  • 1 tsp ya vanilla paste (ya ku hlawula)

Swiletelo:

  1. Hisisa ngopfu 350F.
