-Bareek cheeni 1⁄2 Khapu
-Maida 1 & 1⁄4 Khapu
-Cocoa powder 1⁄4 Khapu
-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1⁄4 tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp< br>-Soda yo baka 1⁄2 tsp
-Mati yo hisa 1⁄2 Khapu
Lunghiselela Chocolate Mousse (Layer 2):
-Ti-ice cubes tani hi leswi swi lavekaka
-Olper's Cream chilled 250ml
- Semi sweetened dark chocolate grated 150g
-Icing sugar 4 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Lunghiselela Chokoleti ya le henhla ya Shell (Layer 4):
-Semi sweetened chokoleti ya ntima leyi grated 100g
-Mafurha ya khokhonati 1 tsp
-Sirapu ya chukele
-Powder ya cocoa
Swiletelo:
Lunghiselela khekhe ra Chokoleti (Leyara ya 1):< br>Eka xibya,chela tandza,masi,mafurha yo sweka,vanilla essence,caster sugar & beat well.
Eka xibya veka sieve,engeta all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,pink salt,baking powder,baking soda & sefa swin'we kutani u beat ku kondza swi hlangana kahle.
Engetela mati yo hisa & beat kahle.
Eka pani ro baka leri nga na mafurha leri nga na maphepha ya botere,chela batter ya khekhe & pompi minkarhi yi nga ri yingani.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C kuringana 30 wa timinete (eka grill yale hansi).
Yi tshike yi hola eka mahiselo ya kamara.

Eka xibya lexikulu,engeta ti ice cubes,veka xibya xin’wana eka yona,engeta cream & beat kuringana 3-4 minutes.
Engetela icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat kufikela loko ti stiff peaks tivumbiwa.
Eka xibya xin’wana lexintsongo,engeta dark chocolate,3-4 tbs ya cream & microwave ku ringana minete kutani u hlanganisa kahle ku kondza yi rhetela.
Sweswi chela chokoleti leyi n’okiweke eka nkatsakanyo wa khirimi & u beat ku kondza yi hlangana kahle.
Thundzuluxa eka nkwama wa tiphayiphi & u veka efrijini ku kondza u tirhisa.
Lunghiselela Chocolate Top Shell ( Layer 4):
Eka xibya,chela dark chocolate,coconut oil & microwave kuringana minete kutani u hlanganisa kahle kufikela yi olova.
Susa khekhe eka baking pan & trim cake as per cake tin size hiku pfuniwa hi round cutter (6.5” cake tin).
Vekela khekhe ehansi ka bokisi ra tin,engeta sugar syrup & yi tshika yi tsakama kuringana 10 wa timinete.
Pipe out prepared chocolate mousse eka khekhe & yi hangalasa hiku ringana.
Phayipa ehandle ka leyara yo olova ya chocolate ganache (layer 3) & yi hangalasa hi ku ringana.
