Switirhisiwa:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) leyi pfanganisiweke 4 tbs
  • Juzi ya lemon 1⁄2 tbs

Swiletelo:

  1. Eka pani ra nsimbi leyi hoxiweke, chela mafurha yo sweka & u hisa.
  2. Engetela nyama ya nyimpfu, hlanganisa kahle & sweka eka malangavi yale henhla kuringana 4-5 wa timinete.
  3. Engetela ginger, garlic, pink salt, hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 3 -4 wa timinete.
